Hotline
The hotline is a contractual service that provides a direct contact with our technical team in order to ask questions on use of the Visilog range of products, get help installing software or configuring a new system.
Technical assistance
The technical assistance service is a contractual service that gives direct access to our "Applications" department to examine the feasibility of a project, ask questions about image processing and analysis, and to receive help in programming when developing applications.
These services are available by phone or email on working days from 9 am to 6 pm. The contracts are signed for one-year periods.
On-site interventions
Noesis also offers fixed-price services for « on-site interventions ». These services give access to a Noesis engineer for all types of mission: expertise, installation, start-up, system maintenance, etc.
OEM Support
Noesis can work on product specifications and their partial or complete development.
